Summary:

Cadis Software Ltd. is a successful UK based financial software company which is achieving a large market share in the data management space and is growing strongly. Our Core product, Cadis, has won numerous international awards as have our implementations. As the company grows investing in our teams is critical. As such there is a need for experienced implementation consultants with a high degree of competency, professionalism and experience within financial services to join Cadis.

We’re looking for experienced implementation consultants based in London, Paris, Boston and New York City who are seeking a high impact role in a dynamic, fast growing and successful financial services software firm. Suitable candidates will wish to make an immediate positive impact on our client’s implementations and also on our business and products. Managing Consultants within Cadis are expected to drive the business to the next level and ensure that the proven Cadis methodology is under continuous improvement thus ensuring our current success is maintained and improved upon.

A Cadis Managing Consultant is a high value independent professional who is the project initiator and manager for Cadis implementations. The Managing Consultant will be required to cover a small number of client sites at the same time which will require a flexible approach to travel and managing time. This makes the role more challenging and engaging as long periods at a single client site are not the norm.  The role includes overseeing and managing a number of consultants on these sites in terms of planning, work and deliverables plus enforcing client deadlines and best practices. Exposure to a wide array of the world’s leading financial organizations is guaranteed.

The Cadis approach focuses on quality consultants that empower clients to manage their own implementations thereby enabling them to build up their own independent data management resources and not to become dependent on consultancy.

Success at Cadis is not based on billable hours but on quality of implementations and happy clients – there is a specific model implemented to ensure that quick and efficient implementations come before core/billable hours on site. Cadis is proud to put quality of implementation before quantity of time spent onsite.

Candidates should be university degree level educated and have at least 5 years of Software implementation experience in the Financial Services industry.

Key skills:

• Understand clients business requirements through an on-going consultative engagement and map these into a set of objectives for the implementation of Cadis
• Prioritize activities by managing a constantly evolving plan measured against client requirements
• Practical experience of delivering Agile based projects
• An ability to help a client deliver a testing strategy and steer a project towards go live
• Experience in leading and coaching a team of talented individuals, focusing on their strengths and business needs to achieve high performance and desired outcomes
• A natural, consultative style is essential to build client relationships and meet the evolving demands of a wide and diverse client base
• Strong communication skills required to present various levels from COO to developer, discussing strategic objectives and delivering solutions across a wide array of requirements
• An ability to have the tougher conversations sometimes required to keep a project on track.
